We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our international return process is designed to be simple and transparent.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • All tags and labels must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.


🔁 Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to change the size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued only for items returned in acceptable condition


🚚 How to Return an Item (For International Customers)

  1. Email us at support@yourstore.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll send you detailed return instructions, including the return address

  3. Send the package using a tracked international shipping service

  4. Keep your tracking receipt until the return is confirmed

Return shipping costs and any customs/duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right by replacing the item or issuing a full refund at no extra cost.
